A: Yes. The plan pays 50 percent of usual and customary fees after your co-pay. Q: I don't see my provider in the Provider Directory. How do I get my provider added to the Network Panel?
A: Additions to the Network Panel are based on need. A regular analysis is conducted to determine Network Panel adequacy. At this time, we are only accepting applications from psychiatrists and collaborating advanced practice nurses who meet geographical and treatment specialty needs. If you feel your provider meets this criteria, have them contact us.
